Mentor Future Industry Leaders

With mentorship from both academia and our residency partners, iBio students are the future of the Biopharma industry. Our industry partners can input actively to the course by contributing to content development, giving guest lectures, and mentoring students during residencies.

Your talent resourcing strategy

Beginning in year 1, iBio students will commence their residencies with you our company partners. Residencies are designed so students learn in the same way that medical doctors do; by acquiring skills and knowledge directly from the working environment.

The iBio graduate will have the competitive advantage of up to 2 years industry experience with 3 companies working on real-world problems.
